The purpose of the book is to make flying for all of us safer. If the presentation of the material reduces the number of plane crashes by only one it has been worth it. This document and the attached pages including graphics are copyright 2001 and 2004 by Henry W. Robinson. The only reason I've copyrighted it is to protect myself from some unscrupulous publisher (most of them have scruples) from printing a bunch of copies under someone else's name and then selling them at outrageous prices. You can print one copy for yourself if you wish. Or, keep it on a computer under the fair use concept; however, if you plan to make a bunch of copies for your club, contact me for permission (almost always granted) at henry.robinson@his.com. I just want to have some idea of the distribution.

My wife, who's financial expertise enabled me to go to graduate school, has suggested the Stephen King approach to publishing as there are a few costs involved in maintaining a web page.
