You are renting our country home: you will find fresh linens, a kitchen with esential equipment, a stock of every day staples, television, a den with books, games and puzzles, and electric and heat. You will need to use a calling card for long distance calls.

The deposit is 50% of the total rental amount and is required to reserve the rental. Deposits will be refunded in full if you cancel 30 days prior to the start of the rental. If you cancel after 30 days pior to the start date, you will receive half the deposit as a refund.

The remaining portion of the rental amount is required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

Cleaning will be done between each rental with a change of linens. A thank you tip for the cleaning person would be much appreciated .

The house is available all year at the following rates. Special rates are available for long term seasonal rental.

Weekend rates are for a four day weekend.

Holiday rates cover Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
